Yes.. but I'm not going to list them all here. Because, if you can correct this one thing, the 100+ ruinous effects of too much sugar will become non-issues. To start, let's see what sugar imbalance or dysregulation is. Here are some pictures to illustrate. My closing statements are at the bottom of the pictures.

Dysregulated blood sugar means that the sugar from food is not stable, levels are exceeding past both high and low healthy ranges, and not getting into the cells. Not enough insulin? Cells are resistant to insulin? It doesn't matter at this point. The point is that the unprocessed dietary sugar, acting like tiny shards of glass, is circulating free throughout arteries, veins, organs and causing extensive damage. This is where Systemic Inflammation comes from, as the picture below illustrates. And, as I stated above, if you can stop this from happening, then you will not have to suffer through 100+ ways sugar ruins your health. Systemic Inflammation is the foundation of almost ALL diseases and stopping this will more than likely save your health and your life.

In closing, if this is you, it doesn't have to be you any more. If you are diabetic, the drugs won't save you from damage to your red blood cells. Damage to your red blood cells is why you can still lose your eyesight, your toes, your foot, a leg or a hand. You can still get heart disease, and/or have a stroke. The drugs do little more than "manage" the disease. That's why the medical world refers to their treatments as "Disease Management". Please read my article on Type 2 Diabetes and its drugs.
