Our Programs

Our participants enjoy our programs because our compassion and caring shine through. And we’re experts at modifying exercises so that everyone can participate.

Youth

Kids who have never jumped rope—or seen a hula hoop—love our physical activity programs. In 2007, we introduced hundreds of kids to the joy of movement in vacation Bible school, elementary schools, after-school programs, group homes and more. Programs like Jump Girl Jump! show them that breaking a sweat can be easy and fun.

Adults & Seniors

Our programs for adults combat health conditions like obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure and cardiovascular disease with activity and lifestyle change.

From worksites to churches to rec centers, we help people understand why it’s so hard to make lasting lifestyle changes. Then we help them develop new habits by starting small and building on early successes.

Programs like HeartSmart and Active Living Every Day let participants start where they’re comfortable, and progress at their own pace.

Seniors resigned to a slow decline are delighted and amazed by what they learn in our classes. We find ways for almost everyone to be active, even if they’re challenged by Parkinson’s, arthritis, vision and hearing loss or other health conditions.

Programs like “What Happened To My Balance?” and our chair exercise classes give elders new tools to combat pain and inactivity.
